Delivery Information
Once you confirm your order, we aim to complete your customised workwear items in no more than 10 working days. We'll let you know once your order has been dispatched.

Where possible and agreed at the time of quoting, we can arrange for a quicker delivery than this standard time. Please let us know your time frame in your quote request and we'll see what we can do for you!

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on quantities and weight. A total delivery fee will be confirmed when ordering

Customising Your Own Apparel
If you choose to send us your own apparel for customisation, delivery to Redbarn HQ is your sole responsibility. We'll confirm receipt once initial delivery is received and let you know when we dispatch your customised products.
Return Information
We hope you'll be happy with your Redbarn customised workwear, but if you're not we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

Customised Items
We supply proofs before going ahead with orders so please check all proofs carefully before confirming you're happy to proceed with your order. Unless faulty, we don't offer refunds on personalised items. Please let us know of any fault within 14 working days of delivery and we'll arrange for a replacement.

Non-customised Items
For any non-personalised items, you have 14 working days for a refund with proof of purchase. Please let us know by either phoning or dropping us an email with your order details and we'll arrange the item's return and process your refund.
